Sausage Green Bean & Potato Sheet Pan Dinner


While there is still a chill in the air, I thought I would give you a quick dinner recipe.

There's not much too this.....but it's oh so good!

You are dumping everything onto a sheet pan and adding in your favorite seasonings and some olive oil, kosher salt & pepper.  
 
That's it.

I threw in some fresh sage at the end, because I had it.

Make this before the warm weather hits.


Here is how I made it:

3 Italian sausage links, sliced
1 lb. of trimmed green beans 
yukon gold potatoes, cut into pieces the size of the sausage rounds
2 yellow onions, cut into pieces 
garlic powder
dried oregano
kosher salt & pepper
olive oil

Throw everything together in a bowl and coat with the spices and oil.   

Dump onto a sheet pan and roast for 25 minutes at 425F.


Dinner is served!

I’ve done the same thing with kielbasa. Yummy! These seasonings might be better because the first time I ran across this, the recipe used Montreal steak seasoning which I found too salty.
