Martha Stewart's Blogging Show

As many of you know, I was supposed to go to Martha's Blogger show today, but at the last minute, I decided not to go.

I read this girl's comments on Yelp.com. She was in the KNITTING show audience, and said it was awful. She said she had to wait around all a.m., they were militant, too many rules, couldn't get up to pee, what you can wear, what you can't, no white blouses, no micro mini skirts (I guess that leaves me out!). "Wear trendy jeans or boots......blah blah blah", the emails kept saying.

I would've had to take the 7:20 a.m. train into the city and I look terrible in the morning. With all these things factored in (especially not being able to get up and go to the bathroom), I changed my mind! I have jet lag anyway!

And does MARTHA really need any MORE publicity?

Well, now I am pissed. I see all the great prizes the audience received this a.m., and that wireless HP printer is fantastic! (How do you carry that back home on the train?). They had that guy Perez Hilton on, and that terrific blogger Smitten Kitchen, she gets like a 1000 hits an hour.........

OK, now I'm thinking I should've gone to the show, after reading all of your posts on the big event, and sorry I didn't get to meet all of the nice people from Jersey Biters and other people who emailed me. Oh well, c'est la vie.
